Overall it was a fairly nice stay with value of money. The folks working here were superfriendly. The breakfast was marvellous and there was a huge variety of nice food.

The check-in process was an absolute nightmare! They informed us our room's AC was broken, and instead offered us a dingy dorm room instead of what we booked. It didn't have basic amenities like a fridge or TV. The air conditioning in the new room was weak, and the constant street noise was infuriating. On top of that, the staff ignored our inquiries about services that weren't even operational anymore. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness as well-there were stains on the pillows and sheets.

The rooms they offer where neat and airy with the balcony and optional breakfast plus heating. The breakfast with local food and bananas and yogurt was amazing, had so much to choose from. Location: the hotel was really close to all the bars and restaurants as well as the Old Quarter, where there is a wide choice of eating places.

I had a fantastic 9 nights here, enjoying the delicious breakfast with fresh fruit and pancakes every morning. The staff was super helpful, making my stay feel special. The relaxing rooftop terrace was a nice bonus, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. The only downside was the lack of privacy in the 6-bed dorm due to no dividers between beds, but it didn't ruin my overall experience at all! 😊

This is one of the best experiences in Vietnam. We were warm welcomed with smiles of staff. They are beyond nice! The bed was comfortable, ac was adequate, strong shower with heater. We loved breakfast provided daily such as noodle soup, toast, jam, cheese, butter...Nothing to complain about the location. The best place to stay compared to cheap accommodation around.

The location of this hotel was very good, located right in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter. Additionally, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond what hotel staff normally do. The hotel was clean and I don't think you will find this nice of a room for the price in all of Hanoi. Highly recommended! Try room 505 for a nice front balcony.

Everything was great, in particular the staff that was always ready to help. For example we asked to change the room to get a bigger one, no problem.
The breakfast was quite small.
